Carrot and Toasted Almonds Salad
Peel and shred
4 Carrots
and
1 tart Green Apple
into a bowl. To it, add
a tbsp of Lemon Juice, 2 tbsp of Honey, ¼ cup of slivered toasted Almonds, Salt and Pepper to taste
. Toss and chill before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
