Heat oven to 350°F.
Beat a cup of Butter, 2 cups of Sugar in large bowl until creamy. Add 2 Eggs and a tsp of Vanilla Extract; beat until light and fluffy. Stir together 2 cups of All Purpose Flour, 3/4 cup of Cocoa Powder, a tsp of Baking Soda and 1/2 tsp Salt; gradually beat into butter mixture. Stir in a cup of White Chocolate chips and a cup of Chocolate Chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 9 minutes. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely before storing.
