Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookies


Cream a cup of Butter with  ¾ cup of White Sugar and ¾ cup of Brown Sugar, until combined. Add 2 Eggs and a tsp of Vanilla and mix well.

Combine 2½ cup of All Purpose Flour, a tsp of Salt, and a tsp of Baking Soda in a separate bowl and gradually stir into butter/sugar mixture. Once combined, stir in 2 cups of Chocolate chips and a cup of coarsely chopped Pecans.
Spoon dough onto ungreased cookie sheet in a tblsp amounts. Bake in a 375 F oven for 13 to 15 minutes or until edges are golden brown. 

Makes about 4 dozen.
